Introducing The Science of Clock Change, a video series by Save Standard Time to explain how clock change affects our lives. This series was made possible by generous funding from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Foundation.

We teamed up with sleep and circadian specialists, and the UC San Diego BioClock Studio, to create this series of videos to address some of the most common myths and misconceptions about Daylight Saving Time, and to explain why medical and scientific societies endorse permanent Standard Time as the only way to end clock change.
